基于“四位一体”的高职高质量研究性课程 教学模式构建 —— 以金融科技系列课程为例

摘要:针对高等职业教育学生参加研究性课程面临的理论知识薄弱、实践经验缺乏、案例选择与情境创设困难、探究活动受时空限制等"痛点",探索构建基于理论导学、案例研学、实践拓学、网络助学"四位一体"的高职高质量研究性课程教学新模式,并以金融科技系列研究性课程为例,详细分析"四位一体"教学模式的落地实施步骤与过程。最后,从推广"四位一体"教学模式的角度,提出要从研究性课程选题入手,增强"理论导学"的针对性和现实指导性;要通过"案例研学"架起理论联系实际的"桥梁";要鼓励学生参加各类"实践拓学"活动,实现"做中研""研中创";要提高"网络助学"的质量,打造混合式高质量研究性金课,助力高素质技术技能人才培养。

Construction of “Four in One” Teaching Mode for High-quality Research-oriented Courses in Higher Vocational Education:Taking FinTech Courses as Examples
Abstract:In view of the "pain points" faced by higher vocational college students in participating in research-oriented courses, such as weak theoretical knowledge, lack of practical experience, difficulty in case selection and situation creation, and constraints on exploration activities, this paper explores the construction of a new "four-in-one" teaching model for high-quality research-oriented courses based on theoretical guidance, case study, practice extension and online assistance, and analyzes in detail the implementation steps and process of the "four-in-one" teaching model in the series of FinTech courses. Finally, from the perspective of promoting the "four-in-one" teaching mode, this study proposes to enhance the pertinence and practicalness of "theoretical guidance" of research topics; build a bridge between theory and practice through case study; encourage students to participate in all kinds of "practice extension" activities to achieve "doing research" and "innovation in research"; improve the quality of online assistance education for students, in order to create hybrid high-quality research-oriented gold courses, and help train high-quality technical and technical talents.
