摘要：课程思政教学设计要以国务院相关部门和教育部印发的相关文件及近年来习近平主席在全国高校思想政治工作会议和全国教育大会讲话精神为依据，遵循教学设计一般规律，结合课程思政特点，构建了思政大纲u型结构开发模型，探索出课程思政设计流程，找准思政触点，深挖思政元素，丰富思政素材，拓宽思政渠道，开展灵活多样的思政活动。对课程思政的评价，要着眼于学生人格和能力的发展，实现育人与育才有机统一。

Abstract：Based on the relevant documents issued by the relevant departments of the State Council and the Ministry of Education and the spirit of Chairman Xi Jinping\'s speech at the National Ideological and Political Work Conference and the National Education Conference in recent years, the curriculum design should follow the general principles of teaching design, adopt the u-shaped structure of the curriculum design, propose a process of curriculum design, find quasi-political triggers, dig deeply into the elements, enrich political thinking materials and expand flexible political channels. The evaluation of curriculum thinking should focus on the development of students\' personality and ability, and realize the organic unity of education and talents.
