摘要:扭转刚度是RV减速器的关键性能指标。根据RV减速器的结构和传动原理,本文建立了包括啮合刚度和轴承刚度的扭转刚度计算模型。该模型用于分析载荷扭矩和设计参数对RV减速器扭转刚度的影响。对RV减速器原型的扭转刚度进行了测试,得到了不同扭矩范围内扭转刚度的数值和变化。基于理论分析和实验结果,得到了一种适合于RV减速器快速测试的扭转刚度评价方法。为了进一步提高多个减速器的测试速度,设计了RV减速器的在线测试平台。

Real-time hysteresis curve analysis and system development of rotate vector reducer
Abstract:Torsional stiffness is the key performance index of RV Reducer. According to the structure and transmission principle of RV Reducer, the torsional stiffness calculation model including meshing stiffness and bearing stiffness is established in this paper. The model was used to analyze the influence of load torque and design parameters on the torsional stiffness of RV Reducer. The torsional stiffness of RV Reducer prototype was tested, and the values and changes of torsional stiffness in different torque ranges were obtained. Based on the theoretical analysis and experimental results, a torsional stiffness evaluation method suitable for rapid test of RV Reducer is obtained. In order to further improve the testing speed of multiple reducers, an Online test-bed is designed.
