In this paper, we mainly investigate the radial distribution of the Julia set of a transcendental meromorphic function with finitely many deficient values.

Boundedness of components of the Fatou sets of iteration of transcendental entire or meromorphic functions are investigated in this paper.

So far, the literature is scarce regarding the local financing of FDI and its impacts on a host country’s economic system. In this paper, we find the logic and empirical evidences of the local financing in China, the world’s largest recipient of FDI. We also conclude that the local financing of FDI can explain why foreign investors intend to give up higher investment return and keep expanding their investment in China. Additionally, three primary paths of local financing are discussed in this paper, which foreign investors rely on to implicitly utilize domestic funds. Moreover, the conglomeration of potential risks has been caused due to the path dependence of local financing, which is a bad sign to China’s financial safety.

当外资企业在华的新产品研发周期确定时，FDI溢出效应越明显，我国相关竞争企业的模仿或自主创新能力就越强。外商为了谋求垄断地位，其在华开发新产品则倾向于短周期产品，并且主要倾向选择那些位于整个产业链条的中、下游产品。企业的模仿或自主创新能力也受到我国引进外资政策的影响。引资政策越优惠，我国的模仿或自主创新能力就越受到抑制。模仿和自主创新能力强的东道国，流向该国的FDI技术溢出是不可避免的。

The ratio of R&D investment to GDP is a measurement for a country’s research ability. Given the GDP and total value of imports and exports, this paper shows that the higher the ratio of R&D investment to GDP is, the larger the ratio of the value of imports and exports of high-tech products to the total value of imports and exports gets, and the more competitive advantage the high-tech firms have. This paper also investigates that the mass increase of scientific and technical personnel may decrease the level of export-oriented R&D investment. So far the literature about R&D investment as viewed form export market orientation is rare.
