摘要:铁是植物病原真菌生命活动必需的元素,作为多种关键酶的辅因子参与呼吸代谢、DNA合成、氧化应激响应等生理过程,胞内铁稳态的调控是真菌完成生长发育与成功侵染宿主的重要基础。本文系统综述了植物病原真菌铁稳态的调控体系,包括还原铁同化作用、铁载体介导的铁摄取、胞内铁储存转运及铁响应信号调控途径,重点阐述了铁稳态失衡对真菌菌丝生长、分生孢子萌发等发育进程及应对宿主铁免疫、定殖致病力的影响,旨在为新型杀菌剂靶点挖掘与植物真菌病害绿色防控提供理论支撑。

Impact of Iron Homeostasis on Growth, Development and Pathogenicity of Phytopathogenic Fungi
Abstract:Iron is an essential element for the biological activities of phytopathogenic fungi, serving as a vital cofactor for numerous key enzymes involved in physiological processes such as respiratory metabolism, DNA synthesis, and oxidative stress response. The regulation of intracellular iron homeostasis is fundamental for fungal growth, development, and successful host infection. This review provides a systematic summary of regulatory systems governing iron homeostasis in phytopathogenic fungi, including reductive iron assimilation, siderophore-mediated iron uptake, intracellular iron storage and trafficking, and iron-responsive signaling pathways. Furthermore, we highlight the impact of disrupted iron homeostasis on key fungal developmental processes, such as hyphal growth and conidial germination, as well as its role in counteracting host-imposed iron limitation (nutritional immunity), host colonization, and virulence. This review aims to provide a theoretical foundation for the identification of novel fungicide targets and the development of sustainable strategies for the management of plant fungal diseases.
