摘要:针对复杂动态场景下可驱动数字人在宽松服装区域易出现时序不稳定和形变不一致的问题,本文研究了姿态驱动的人体动态建模方法,旨在提升数字人在复杂动作条件下的外观稳定性与重建质量。为此,提出一种基于骨骼结构约束的动态人体建模框架,通过对人体姿态信息进行结构化编码,并显式建模规范空间点与骨骼之间的关联关系,以增强对姿态驱动非刚性形变的刻画能力。该方法在高效点基表示的基础上,引入点-骨骼注意力机制,实现对宽松服装区域形变的稳定建模。在 I3D-Human 数据集上的实验结果表明,该方法在新视角和新动作设置下均取得了优于现有方法的重建性能,尤其在衣摆和袖口等复杂区域表现出更好的时间一致性和结构稳定性。实验分析进一步验证了所提出模块在提升动态建模质量方面的有效性。研究结果表明,该方法能够在保证计算效率的同时有效改善动态人体重建的稳定性,为高质量可驱动数字人的实际应用提供了一种可行方案。

Point-Skeleton Attention for Efficient Dynamic Modeling of Animatable Humans with Loose Clothing
Abstract:Addressing the issues of temporal instability and inconsistent deformation that often occur in loosely clothed areas of driveable digital humans in complex dynamic scenes, this paper studies a pose-driven human dynamic modeling method aimed at improving the appearance stability and reconstruction quality of digital humans under complex motions. To this end, a dynamic human modeling framework based on skeletal structure constraints is proposed. It structurally encodes human pose information and explicitly models the relationship between spatial points and the skeleton to enhance the characterization of pose-driven non-rigid deformations. Based on an efficient point-based representation, the method introduces a point-to-skeleton attention mechanism to achieve stable modeling of deformations in loosely clothed regions. Experimental results on the I3D-Human dataset show that the method achieves superior reconstruction performance compared to existing methods under both new viewpoints and new motion settings, particularly demonstrating better temporal consistency and structural stability in complex regions such as hems and cuffs. Further experimental analysis validates the effectiveness of the proposed modules in improving dynamic modeling quality. The results indicate that the method can effectively improve the stability of dynamic human reconstruction while maintaining computational efficiency, providing a feasible solution for practical applications of high-quality driveable digital humans.
