预时效与热挤压对Mg-Al合金组织性能的影响

摘要:本研究旨在结合预时效与挤压变形,探究预时效对AZ91镁铝合金组织和性能的影响。运用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等微观分析技术,系统研究了预时效和挤压变形对合金组织、织构及力学性能的影响规律及其微观机制。研究结果显示,在AZ91合金的热挤压过程中,预时效形成的大量析出相能够细化再结晶组织,且大部分析出相分布在再结晶晶粒的晶界,有效抑制了晶粒的生长。综上所述,结合预时效和热挤压能够提高AZ91合金的屈服强度,而且不会对材料的塑性产生负面影响。

Influence of Pre-Aging and Hot Extrusion on the Microstructure and Properties of Mg-Al Alloys
Abstract:This study aims to investigate the effects of pre-aging on the microstructure and properties of AZ91 magnesium-aluminum alloy by combining pre-aging with extrusion deformation. Microscopic analysis techniques such as electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were employed to systematically study the effects of pre-aging and extrusion deformation on the microstructure, texture, and mechanical properties of the alloy, as well as their underlying mechanisms. The research findings indicate that during the hot extrusion process of AZ91 alloy, the abundant precipitation phases formed during pre-aging treatment can refine the recrystallized structure, with most of the precipitated phases distributed at the grain boundaries of the recrystallized grains, effectively inhibiting grain growth. In summary, the combination of pre-aging and hot extrusion can significantly enhance the yield strength of AZ91 alloy without negatively affecting its plasticity.
