绿色金融政策对上市公司绿色创新影响研究

摘要：本文聚焦于绿色金融政策对上市公司绿色创新的影响，选取2014-2023年A股上市公司数据，运用双重差分模型，并以绿色金融改革创新试验区作为准自然实验，进行实证分析。研究发现，绿色金融政策显著提升了上市公司绿色创新绩效和效率，主要体现在增加绿色专利数量以及优化绿色专利与研发投入比值上。具体来看，该政策对规模较大企业的促进作用更为明显；对普通污染行业企业的推动力较强，但对重污染行业效果欠佳；且不同地区因政策目的差异影响也不尽相同。

Abstract：This paper focuses on the impact of green financial policies on listed companies\' green innovation, selects the data of A-share listed companies from 2014 to 2023, applies the double difference model, and takes the green financial reform and innovation pilot zone as a quasi-natural experiment to conduct empirical analysis. It is found that the green finance policy significantly improves the green innovation performance and efficiency of listed companies, mainly in increasing the number of green patents and optimizing the ratio of green patents to R&D investment. Specifically, the policy has a more obvious promotion effect on larger enterprises; a stronger impetus on enterprises in ordinary polluting industries, but a poor effect on heavy polluting industries; and the impact varies from region to region due to the difference in policy objectives.?
