重复低强度红光在近视治疗中的研究进展

摘要:近视已成为全球关注的公共健康问题,传统治疗方法虽有一定效果,但存在副作用或依从性差等问题。红光治疗作为一种新兴的非药物干预方式,因其低风险、高依从性而受到重视。研究发现,重复低强度红光照射(RLRL)可通过调节脉络膜结构、改善视网膜代谢和神经信号传导,有效减缓眼轴增长,延缓近视进展。多项临床试验证实其在儿童群体中的安全性与疗效,但长期效果和机制仍需深入探究。本文系统总结近年来RLRL治疗的研究进展,探讨其应用前景与挑战,为今后个体化近视防控策略提供参考。

Research progress of repeated low-level red light in myopia treatment
Abstract:Myopia has become a global public health concern. Although traditional treatment methods have shown some effectiveness, they often come with side effects or poor patient compliance. As an emerging non-pharmacological intervention, red light therapy has gained attention due to its low risk and high compliance. Studies have found that repeated low-level red-light (RLRL) exposure can effectively slow axial elongation and delay the progression of myopia by modulating choroidal structure, improving retinal metabolism, and enhancing neural signal transmission. Multiple clinical trials have confirmed its safety and efficacy in children; however, its long-term effects and underlying mechanisms still require further investigation. This article systematically reviews recent advances in RLRL therapy, explores its application prospects and challenges, and provides a reference for future individualized strategies for myopia prevention and control.
