"藁8901×周麦16"RIL群体品质性状QTL定位

摘要:为鉴定调控小麦强筋品质性状的关键位点,本研究以强筋品种藁8901和中筋品种周麦16创制的重组自交系(GZ-RIL)群体为材料,测定蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量和面筋指数等品质指标,开展QTL定位工作。结果表明:蛋白质含量与湿面筋含量极显著正相关,相关系数为0.719~0.776;湿面筋含量与面筋指数极显著负相关,相关系数为-0.525~-0.588;各性状广义遗传力处于0.86~0.93。QTL定位分析共鉴定到56个加性QTL,其中9个QTL在多环境下可稳定检测到,定位于1B、1D、和2D等染色体。此外,在4D染色体发现1个QTL簇,该簇包含3个稳定QTL,加性效应等位基因来源于藁8901。本研究鉴定到调控蛋白质品质性状的QTL,为强筋品质性状基因挖掘与遗传改良奠定理论基础。

QTL Mapping of Quality Traits in the RIL Population of "Gao 8901 × Zhoumai 16"
Abstract:To identify key loci regulating strong gluten quality traits in wheat, this study utilized a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population derived from the cross between the strong gluten variety Gao8901 and the medium gluten variety Zhoumai 16. Quality indicators including protein content, wet gluten content, and gluten index were measured, followed by QTL mapping analysis. The results revealed: (1) a highly significant positive correlation between protein content and wet gluten content (correlation coefficient: 0.719-0.776), and a highly significant negative correlation between wet gluten content and gluten index (correlation coefficient: -0.588 to -0.525); (2) broad-sense heritability of all traits ranged from 0.86 to 0.93. A total of 56 additive QTLs were identified, with 9 stable QTLs consistently detected across multiple environments located on chromosomes 1B, 1D, and 2D. Notably, a QTL cluster containing three stable loci with additive effect alleles derived from Gao8901 was discovered on chromosome 4D. This study provides critical genetic loci for protein-related quality traits, laying a theoretical foundation for gene mining and genetic improvement of strong gluten characteristics in wheat.
