基于SLP和AHP法的生产车间布局优化设计

摘要:针对T公司生产车间由于布局不合理导致的物流效率低、运输成本高等问题,通过运用系统布局规划(SLP)方法对该公司生产车间各作业单元的位置进行合理的规划,结合工厂设施占地面积的现实条件约束,确定了三个初步优化方案,再采用层次分析法(AHP)从物流效率、质量控制、管理联系方便性、改造成本、环境与安全多个维度对原始布局及优化方案加权计算进行评价,得到最终的最优布局方案,从而解决车间布局不合理的问题,提升了工作效率、降低了生产成本。

Optimization design of production workshop layout based on SLP and AHP methods
Abstract:In response to the problems of low logistics efficiency and high transportation costs caused by the unreasonable layout of T company\'s production workshop, the System Layout Planning (SLP) method was used to plan the positions of each operation unit in the workshop reasonably. Combined with the constraints of the actual factory facility footprint, three preliminary optimization schemes were determined. Then, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to evaluate the original layout and optimization schemes from multiple dimensions such as logistics efficiency, quality control, management convenience, transformation cost, environment and safety, and the final optimal layout scheme was obtained to solve the problem of unreasonable workshop layout, improve work efficiency, and reduce production costs.
