摘要:细菌感染和细菌耐药性是影响人类生活卫生健康的重大问题之一,导致各种疾病的产生和传播,严重时会引发大量死亡。因此,构建具有广谱抗菌性且不会产生细菌耐药性的新型抗菌手段具有重要意义。通过超声溶剂热法制备将具有光响应现象的Ag离子结合在Au上,再通过Cu基MOF框架包裹形成Au-Ag-Cu/ZIF-8抗菌材料,暴露在808nm近红外光照射下发生表面等离子体共振(LSPR),通过共振将光能转化为热能和物理手段协同抗菌,具有广谱抗菌性的同时避免了细菌产生耐药性。

Preparation, Characterization and Antibacterial Activity of Au-Ag-Cu/ZIF-8 Nanomaterials
Abstract:Bacterial infections and bacterial resistance are one of the major issues affecting human health and hygiene, leading to the emergence and spread of various diseases, and can cause a large number of deaths in severe cases. Therefore, it is of great significance to construct a new type of antibacterial method with broad-spectrum antibacterial properties and without bacterial resistance. The Ag ions with photoresponse phenomenon were prepared by ultrasonic solvothermal method and combined with Au, and then wrapped with Cu-based MOF framework to form Au-Ag-Cu/ZIF-8 antibacterial material. Exposed to 808nm near-infrared light irradiation, surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) occurs, and the light energy is converted into heat energy and physical means to synergistically antibacterial through resonance, which has broad-spectrum antibacterial properties while avoiding the production of bacterial resistance.
