铁合金除尘灰及渣再利用研究

摘要:为了推动铁合金行业绿色转型与可持续发展,针对铁合金生产过程中产生的除尘灰及冶炼渣的资源化利用问题,系统综述了国内外相关研究进展。本文从物理处理、化学回收及材料化利用等方面总结了铁合金除尘灰的高效处理技术;分析了铁合金渣在建筑材料、冶金回用及环境修复等领域的应用潜力:探讨了现有技术的经济性、环境影响及标准化瓶颈。结果表明,压球造块、湿法提纯、微晶玻璃制备等技术可显著提升资源利用率,但工艺优化与规模化应用仍需突破。未来需加强多学科交叉研究,推动政策支持与产业链协同,以实现铁合金固废的高值化与全量化利用。

Ferroalloy dust ash and slag reuse research
Abstract:In order to promote the green transformation and sustainable development of ferroalloy industry, relevant research progresses at home and abroad are systematically reviewed for the resource utilization of dusting ash and smelting slag generated in the process of ferroalloy production. This paper summarizes the efficient treatment technology of ferroalloy dust ash from the aspects of physical treatment, chemical recycling and materialized utilization; analyzes the application potential of ferroalloy slag in the fields of building materials, metallurgical reuse and environmental remediation; and explores the economics, environmental impacts and standardization bottlenecks of the existing technologies. The results show that the technologies of briquetting, wet purification and microcrystalline glass preparation can significantly improve the utilization rate of resources, but the process optimization and large-scale application still need to break through. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen multidisciplinary cross-research, promote policy support and industrial chain synergy, in order to realize the high-value and full-quantitative utilization of ferroalloy solid waste.
