荧光传感器阵列的构建及其在环境监测和食品分析中的应用

摘要:传感器阵列是基于对动物嗅觉系统的认识发展起来的一种有力的分子识别手段,其由一系列传感单元组成,通过各传感单元对样品响应后产生的特征图谱实现对特定物质的识别检测,尤其对混合样品的鉴定具有突出优势。其中,荧光传感器阵列由于具有灵敏度高、无需参照体系、输出信号丰富等优点,已成为近年来传感器阵列发展的重点。本文综述了荧光传感器阵列的设计策略、传感机制及其在环境监测和食品分析中的应用。

Construction of fluorescent sensor arrays and their application in environmental monitoring and food analysis
Abstract:Sensor array is a powerful means of molecular identification developed based on the understanding of animal olfactory system, which consists of a series of sensing units, and realizes the identification and detection of specific substances through the characteristic maps generated by the response of each sensing unit to the sample, especially for the identification of mixed samples, which has outstanding advantages. Among them, fluorescence sensor arrays have become the focus of sensor array development in recent years due to their advantages of high sensitivity, no need for reference system, and rich output signals. In this paper, the design strategy and sensing mechanism of fluorescent sensor arrays and their applications in environmental monitoring and food analysis are reviewed.
