自助取件服务用户群体聚类分析

摘要:在电子商务快速发展、末端配送模式趋向智能化的时代背景下,自助取件服务更能满足消费者日益增长的快递需求。文章基于访谈、问卷调查方法,以用户体验为切入视角,旨在了解自助取件服务(自提点、智能柜)的关键维度以及用户细分类型,为末端配送服务商提供优化参考。首先通过访谈提炼了自助取件服务的五个关键维度--感知实用、感知安全、感知绿色、感知社交、感知享乐;随后构建量表问卷收集了267份用户问卷,并利用K-means聚类方法分析数据,得到四种用户类型--积极型用户、谨慎型用户、冷淡型用户以及排斥型用户;最后针对用户类型进行定性分析得出结论,并提出相应建议。

Cluster analysis of user groups for self-collection service
Abstract:With rapid development of e-commerce and the tendency of the terminal delivery mode to be intelligent, self-collection service can better meet the growing demand of consumers. From the perspective of user experience, the paper employs the methods of interview and questionnaire. The purpose is to understand the key dimensions of self-service service (Reception Box and Collection and Delivery Points) and the types of user segments, so as to provide optimization references for terminal delivery service providers. Firstly, five key dimensions were distilled in self-collection service through interview, including practicability, security, environment friendly, sociality and hedonic; then a scale questionnaire was constructed to collect 267 user questionnaires. And the data was analyzed by K-means clustering method to obtain four user types-positive users, cautious users, indifferent users, and repulsive users; finally, the qualitative analysis of the user types drew conclusions and put forward corresponding recommendations.
