肉桂中苯丙素类化学成分研究

摘要:目的:研究樟属植物肉桂树皮中所含的苯丙素类化学成分。方法:利用多种提取分离手段(如硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱等)对肉桂60%提取物进行分离纯化,结合MS、NMR等方法对分离纯化的的单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从肉桂中分离鉴定了6个化合物,包括5个木脂素和1个简单苯丙素,分别为 2-(4-Hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-(2-hydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxo-1-propanol (1)、Evofolin B (2)、1,2-diarylpropane-3-ol (3)、Fmbricalyxinlignan A (4)、Salicifoliol (5)、1-O-Cinnamoyl glycerol (6)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从樟科樟属中分离得到。

Study on phenylpropanoids from the bark of CinnamomumCassia
Abstract:Purpose: Studies on phenylpropanoids from the bark of Cinnamomum Cassia.Methods: A variety of extraction and separation methods (Silica gel column chromatography; ODS column chromatography; Semi-preparation HPLC) combined with MS and NMR techniques were used to identify the structure of the isolated and purified monomer compounds.Results: Six compounds were isolated from the bark of Cinnamomum Cassia, including fivelignans and one phenylpropanoid. 2-(4-Hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-(2-hydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxo-1-propanol(1)、Evofolin B (2)、1,2-diarylpropane-3-ol (3)、Fmbricalyxinlignan A (4)、Salicifoliol(5)、1-O-Cinnamoyl glycerol (6). Conclusion: All compounds were isolated from Cinnamomum Cassiafor the first time.
