气候变化对绿色全要素生产率的影响

摘要:随着全球气候变化的加剧,经济正面临前所未有的挑战。在此背景下,绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)作为衡量资源使用效率和环境影响的核心指标,在评估经济体系如何应对气候变化并实现可持续发展方面发挥着至关重要的作用。本研究利用中国30个省份2013年至2022年的气候与经济数据,构建了具有超效率SBM-ML模型,并基于基础回归模型进行了实证分析。研究结果显示,气候变化对GTFP具有显著影响,特别是在高温频发和极端天气事件多发的地区。此外,研究还发现,研发(R&D)投资与产业结构优化能够在一定程度上缓解气候变化带来的负面影响。最后,本文提出了制定气候适应政策、加大研发投资、调整产业结构以促进绿色发展等政策建议,以期推动经济可持续发展。?

The Impact of Climate Change on Green Total Factor Productivity
Abstract:As global climate change intensifies, economies are facing unprecedented challenges. In this context, Green Total Factor Productivity (GTFP), as a core indicator for measuring resource use efficiency and environmental impact, plays a crucial role in assessing how economic systems respond to climate change and achieve sustainable development. This study uses climate and economic data from 30 provinces in China for the period 2013-2022, constructs an SBM-ML model with super-efficiency, and conducts empirical analysis using a basic regression model. The results indicate that climate change has a significant impact on GTFP, particularly in regions with frequent high temperatures and extreme weather events. Additionally, the study finds that investment in R&D and optimization of industrial structure can mitigate, to some extent, the negative effects of climate change.
