车辆-异构无人机路径规划研究

摘要:针对突发公共卫生事件中应急物流配送时效性不足与异构设备协同效率低的问题,本研究提出车辆-异构无人机串联联合配送模式,构建多机型协同路径规划模型(VHD-TSP),并设计自适应遗传算法(AGA-CO)进行求解。通过融合动态协同交叉策略与贪心修复机制,算法有效平衡全局搜索与局部优化能力,显著提升复杂场景下的求解精度与稳定性。实验表明,无人机性能参数优化可显著缩短配送时间,且算法在种群多样性与约束控制方面表现优异。研究成果验证了异构无人机协同配送的可行性,为应急物流系统提供了高效决策框架,其动态响应机制可扩展至大规模公共卫生事件应急物流场景,具有理论与实践应用价值。

Research on route planning of vehicle-heterogeneous drones
Abstract:To address the challenges of insufficient timeliness in emergency logistics and inefficient coordination of heterogeneous equipment during public health crises, this study proposes a vehicle-heterogeneous drone tandem collaborative delivery framework. A multi-drone collaborative routing model (VHD-TSP) is established, and an adaptive genetic algorithm (AGA-CO) is developed by integrating dynamic cooperative crossover strategies and greedy repair mechanisms. The algorithm effectively balances global search and local optimization capabilities, significantly improving solution accuracy and stability in complex scenarios. Experimental results demonstrate that optimizing drone performance parameters substantially reduces delivery time, while the algorithm exhibits enhanced population diversity and effective constraint management. The research validates the feasibility of heterogeneous drone collaborative delivery, providing an efficient decision-making framework for emergency logistics systems. The proposed dynamic response mechanism can be extended to large-scale public health emergency logistics scenarios, demonstrating both theoretical and practical significance.
