基于SLP法和Arena仿真软件对A公司仓库的布局优化

摘要:全球经济的融合促进了汽车产业的多元化、个人化,给汽车行业的发展提供了很好的机会,但也给汽车行业的发展带来了严峻的挑战。A公司在仓库规划的早期阶段,缺乏对车桥零部件设备布置的理论和相关方法的运用,导致了车桥仓库的布局不够合理等问题。因此针对A公司仓库布局的不合理现象,本文用基于系统布置设计(传统SLP法),用SLP方法分析了A公司的车桥零部件仓库布局问题,并为解决最重要的布局问题提出了优化建议。通过建立作业面积相关图及分析物流、非物流关系得到几个备选方案,并且选出一个较优的作为车桥零部件包装及检测阶段的基础模型。接下来利用Arena建模软件对库内车桥零部件的包装及检测阶段进行建模分析、运行,并最终得到仿真结果。持续地设计-建模运行-结果输出-检验是否为最优,从而验证最优布局和合理的优化设计。不仅可以使车间库内运输及生产效率大大提升,同时也能够减少库内路线淤堵,有效衔接工序,降低了成本。这对于生产制造业的车间仓库布局及车桥零部件生产有很大的影响意义。

Based on SLP method and Arena simulation software is carried out
Abstract:THEintegration of the global economy has promoted the diversification and personalization of the automobile industry, providing good opportunities for the development of the automobile industry, but also brought severe challenges to the development of the automobile industry. In the early stage of warehouse planning, Company A lacked the application of theories and related methods for the layout of the axle parts and equipment, which led to the problems such as the unreasonable layout of the axle warehouse. Therefore, in view of the unreasonable phenomenon of warehouse layout of Company A, this paper analyzes the warehouse layout of Company A with the system layout design (traditional SLP method), and puts forward optimization suggestions for solving the most important layout problem. By establishing operation area related map and analyzing logistics and non-logistics relationship, and select a better basic model for the packaging and testing stage of axle parts. Next, Arena modeling software is used to model, analyze and run the packaging and testing stage of the axle parts in the library, and the simulation results are obtained. Continuous design-modeling run-result output-test is optimal, thus verifying the optimal layout and reasonable optimization design. It can not only greatly improve the transportation and production efficiency in the workshop warehouse, but also reduce the blockage of the route in the warehouse, effecocess, and reduce the cost. This has a great impact on the layout of the workshop warehouse and the production of the axle parts of the manufacturing industry.
