元宝山露天煤矿爆破振动控制的创新策略与实践

摘要:本研究针对元宝山露天煤矿爆破作业中爆破振动问题,综合运用理论分析、现场试验、数据统计分析及数值模拟等多学科交叉方法,深入探究起爆顺序和间隔时间对爆破振动的影响机制,并提出优化方案。研究结果显示,优化后的爆破参数可使爆破振动强度显著降低,降幅达59%,为煤矿安全、高效、绿色爆破作业提供科学依据,对露天煤矿行业技术进步具有重要参考价值。

Innovative strategy and practice of blasting vibration control in Yuanbaoshan open-pit Coal Mine
Abstract:Aiming at the blasting vibration problem in the blasting operation of Yuanbaoshan open-pit coal mine, this study comprehensively uses multi-disciplinary methods such as theoretical analysis, field test, data statistical analysis and numerical simulation to deeply explore the mechanism of detonation sequence and interval time on blasting vibration, and puts forward an optimization plan. The results show that the optimized blasting parameters can significantly reduce the blasting vibration intensity by 59%, which provides a scientific basis for safe, efficient and green blasting operations in coal mines, and has important reference value for the technical progress of open-pit coal mine industry.
