人工智能生成内容质量对用户使用意愿的协同影响研究

摘要:随着人工智能生成内容(AIGC)技术的蓬勃发展,其在多场景和多领域中的应用日益广泛,然而,如何面对多元化用户需求对AIGC进行精准化开发设计、节流式更新优化,从而满足多元化用户使用意愿成为企业亟待解决的关键问题。本文基于双因素理论,通过调查问卷收集相关数据,采用模糊集定性比较分析法(fsQCA)来探究人工智能生成内容质量因素是如何协同影响用户的使用意愿。研究发现:单个人工智能生成内容的质量维度均不是用户使用意愿形成的必要条件,用户使用意愿的形成具有复杂性和系统性,高水平用户使用意愿的形成存在着五种不同的人工智能生成内容的质量维度组合,其中,多样性作为核心条件均出现在五种不同的组合之中,体现出多样性在用户的需求选择上具有普适性。本研究丰富和拓展了生成式人工智能领域研究,为企业开发、优化AIGC应用提供了理论支持。

Research on the Synergistic Impact of the Quality of Content Generated by Artificial Intelligence on Users\' Intention to Use
Abstract:With the vigorous development of artificial intelligence-generated content (AIGC) technology, its applications in multiple scenarios and fields have been increasingly extensive. Nevertheless, how to precisely develop and design AIGC in response to the diverse user demands, and carry out economical update and optimization to meet the usage intentions of diverse users has become a critical issue that enterprises urgently need to address. Based on the dual-factor theory, this paper collects relevant data through questionnaires and employs the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) method to explore how the quality factors of artificial intelligence-generated content collaboratively influence users\' usage intentions. The study reveals that none of the individual quality dimensions of artificial intelligence-generated content are necessary conditions for the formation of users\' usage intentions. The formation of users\' usage intentions is complex and systematic. There exist five different combinations of quality dimensions of artificial intelligence-generated content for the formation of high-level users\' usage intentions. Among them, diversity, as a core condition, appears in all five different combinations, demonstrating the universality of diversity in users\' demand choices. This research enriches and expands the studies in the field of generative artificial intelligence and provides theoretical support for enterprises to develop and optimize AIGC applications.
