草莓穴盘基质育苗研究

摘要:目的:为了研究不同基质材料对于草莓穴盘育苗以及草莓生长的影响,探究更好的育苗方式和灌溉方式。方法:采用草碳配合不同比例的土壤,标准的72孔穴盘,进行育苗实验。观察法测定土壤滴灌情况下的基质水分下渗速率。结果:草莓穴盘育苗采用草碳40%与土壤60%按比例配比,草莓生长速率最快,混合基质水分下渗速率为1.3636cm/min,滴灌6min可满足水分要求。结论:经加权综合评判,混合基质优于单独基质。

Study on strawberry seeding raising with Plug Media
Abstract:Objective: to study the effects of different substrates on strawberry plug seedling and strawberry growth, and to explore better seedling and irrigation methods. Methods: the experiment of seedling-raising was carried out by using grass carbon combined with different proportion of soil and standard 72 hole tray. The infiltration rate of soil moisture under drip irrigation was measured. Results: the growth rate of strawberry was the fastest when the ratio of grass carbon 40% and soil 60% was used in hole tray seedling raising. The water infiltration rate of mixed substrate was 1.3636 cm/min, and the water requirement could be met by drip irrigation for 6 min. Conclusion: the mixed matrix is better than the single matrix by Weighted Comprehensive Evaluation.
