氢基竖炉物料平衡与能量平衡的计算研究

摘要:在国家双碳战略目标下,传统高炉长流程因为焦炭作为料柱骨架不可替代,因此碳减排有限。为实现大幅度的碳减排甚至零碳炼铁,氢能的利用越来越受到重视。目前对于氢能的利用应用最多的就是氢基竖炉。氢基竖炉主要有两种工艺流程,Midrex和HYL工艺,在国外均有工业化的业绩,但是国内尚没有掌握这一工艺流程,因此开发具有自主知识产权的氢基竖炉工艺及装备迫在眉睫。其中的基础在于物料平衡与能量平衡的研究和分析。本文系统分析了氢基竖炉内的还原反应,对竖炉内的物料平衡与能量平衡做了系统的计算和研究,为后续开发氢基竖炉工艺及装备打下了理论基础。

Study on Calculation of Material Balance and Energy Balance of Hydrogen-based Shaft Furnace
Abstract:Under the national carbon neutrality strategic goal, the traditional long blast furnace process has limited carbon emission reduction because coke is irreplaceable as the material column skeleton. In order to achieve substantial carbon emission reduction or even zero-carbon ironmaking, the utilization of hydrogen energy has received more attention. At present, the most widely used utilization of hydrogen energy is hydrogen-based shaft furnaces. There are two main technological processes of hydrogen-based shaft furnaces, Midrex and HYL processes, both of which have industrialized achievements abroad, but this technological process has not been mastered in China. Therefore, it is urgent to develop hydrogen-based shaft furnace processes and equipment with independent intellectual property rights. The foundation lies in the research and analysis of material balance and energy balance. In this paper, the reduction reaction in hydrogen-based shaft furnace is systematically analyzed, and the material balance and energy balance in the shaft furnace are systematically calculated and studied, which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent development of hydrogen-based shaft furnace technology and equipment.
