摘要：数字化转型对企业新质生产力的发展具有重要意义。本文选取2015-2022年中国资本市场A股制造业上市公司数据，实证检验了数字化转型对企业新质生产力的影响及其异质性特征，并对绿色创新的中介作用和杠杆率的调节作用进行了检验。研究发现，数字化转型对企业新质生产力具有显著的正向影响，该结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。绿色创新在数字化转型与企业新质生产力之间发挥着中介作用。杠杆率在数字化转型与企业新质生产力之间发挥着负向调节作用。进一步分析发现，数字化转型对高科技企业的新质生产力正向影响更明显。

Abstract：Digital transformation is of great significance for the development of new quality productivity in enterprises. This article selects data from A-share manufacturing listed companies in China\'s capital market from 2015 to 2022 to empirically test the impact of digital transformation on new quality productivity and its heterogeneity characteristics. It also examines the mediating role of green innovation and the moderating effect of leverage ratio. Research has found that digital transformation has a significant positive impact on the new quality productivity of enterprises, and this conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests. Green innovation plays a mediating role between digital transformation and new quality productivity of enterprises. The leverage ratio plays a negative regulatory role in the relationship between digital transformation and new quality productivity of enterprises. Further analysis reveals that optimizing the business environment has a more significant positive impact on the new quality productivity of high-tech enterprises.
