数字金融对东三省高质量发展的影响分析

摘要：随着科技的迅速发展和数字化转型的深入，数字金融正成为推动东北三省高质量发展的新引擎，因此，了解数字金融与高质量发展之间的关系非常关键。本文对国内外数字经济与高质量发展的影响关系进行了综合阐述，对数字金融和高质量发展进行了分类和研究，验证了数字金融对高质量发展的促进作用；介绍了数字金融和高质量发展的评价体系；在此基础上，结合2011-2023年间东北三省各地级市的金融数据与高质量发展数据，形成了一套完整的数字金融促进高质量发展的验证、评价体系，系统地对东北三省数字金融高质量发展水平进行了分析。结果表明数字金融对高质量发展有积极地促进作用。同时创新性引入了人力资本水平作为中介变量，并以区域创新水平作为调节变量，对结果进行进一步分析。最终证明数字金融能够通过提高人力资本水平推动东北地区高质量发展且区域创新能力对数字金融促进东北地区高质量发展有正向调节作用。通过结果提出了建设性意见以及政策。

Abstract：With the rapid development of technology and the deepening of digital transformation, digital finance is becoming a new engine to promote high-quality development in the three provinces of Northeast China. Therefore, understanding the relationship between digital finance and high-quality development is crucial. This article comprehensively elaborates on the relationship between the digital economy and high-quality development at home and abroad, classifies and studies digital finance and high-quality development, and verifies the promoting effect of digital finance on high-quality development; Introduced the evaluation system of digital finance and high-quality development; On this basis, a complete verification and evaluation system for promoting high-quality development of digital finance was formed by combining financial data and high-quality development data of various cities in the three northeastern provinces from 2011 to 2023. The high-quality development level of digital finance in the three northeastern provinces was systematically analyzed. The results indicate that digital finance has a positive promoting effect on high-quality development. At the same time, the innovative introduction of human capital level as a mediator variable and regional innovation level as a moderating variable were used to further analyze the results. Ultimately, it has been proven that digital finance can promote high-quality development in the Northeast region by improving the level of human capital, and regional innovation capabilities have a positive regulatory effect on digital finance promoting high-quality development in the Northeast region. Constructive suggestions and policies were proposed based on the results.
