渣/钢反应及增Al对双相钢铸态显微组织和硬度影响研究

摘要:本文针对第一代先进高强钢中780 MPa级别的双相(DP)钢,从材料的组织和性能的角度,分别对金相组织和硬度进行了研究。通过对DP钢进行渣/钢反应及增Al实验,讨论其对组织及硬度的影响。通过光镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)对组织进行观察,利用维氏硬度计进行硬度测试。光镜及电镜结果显示:DP铸态钢组织为马氏体及铁素体,而EBSD检测到增Al后含有少部分奥氏体组织;硬度结果则显示增Al会导致硬度的降低;而渣/钢反应会导致材料的硬度增加。

Study on the effect of slag/steel reaction and Al addition on microstructure and hardness of DP steel as cast
Abstract:In this paper, the metallographic microstructure and hardness of dual phase steel (DP steel) of 780 MPa grade in the first generation of advanced high-strength steels had been investigated from the view of material properties and microstructure, respectively. In particular, the effect on the microstructure and hardness was discussed by performing slag/steel reaction and Al-enhancement experiments on DP steel. The observations of the microstructure were made using optical microscope(OM)、Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)、Electron Back Scatter Diffraction(EBSD), and the hardness tests were carried out using a Vickers hardness tester. The results of OM and SEM showed that the main microstructures of DP cast steel were martensite and ferrite, while EBSD detected a small portion of austenite after slag/steel reaction and Al addition; Al addition mainly led to a decrease in hardness; while slag/steel reaction led to an increase in the hardness of the material.
