基于BWM-FCEM法的生鲜农产品供应链韧性评价研究

摘要:生鲜农产品供应链与其他产品供应链相比,具有涉及环节多、损耗率高、链条长和分布分散等痛点,因此提高农产品供应链韧性是一个亟待解决的问题。首先在数字化时代下的供应链运营参考模型(SCOR DS)的基础上建立了农产品供应链韧性评价指标体系,其次构建BWM-FCEM模型,最后以家家悦超市为例展开具体研究,验证了所构建评价模型的合理性。结果表明:构建的评价体系包括6个一级指标和20个二级指标,其中冷链设施健全度、仓储冷库建设完善情况、供需预测率是主要的影响因素。

Research on the Resilience Evaluation of Fresh Agricultural Products Supply Chain Based on BWM-FCEM method
Abstract: Compared with other product supply chains, the supply chain of fresh agricultural products has the pain points of involving many links, high loss rate, long chain and dispersed distribution, so improving the supply chain resilience of agricultural products is an urgent problem to be solved. Firstly, the evaluation index system of agricultural supply chain resilience is established on the basis of the Supply Chain Operation Reference Model in the Digital Era (SCOR DS), secondly, the BWM-FCEM model is constructed, and finally, the specific research is carried out on the example of Jiajiayue Supermarket, which verifies the reasonableness of the constructed evaluation model. The results show that the constructed evaluation system includes 6 primary indicators and 20 secondary indicators, among which the soundness of cold chain facilities, natural disasters, and supply and demand prediction rate are the main influencing factors.
