硫酸钠与硫酸铵复合盐热分解制备硫酸氢钠的工艺研究

摘要:处理高盐废水并合理资源化利用是许多生产企业高盐废水综合治理的难题,而在化工、湿法冶金、石油冶炼、以及三元前体制备等过程中均会产生含硫酸钠硫酸铵的高盐废水。研究含硫酸钠硫酸铵的高盐废水如何资源化利用具有重要的现实意义。目前,对于含硫酸钠硫酸铵的高盐废水的主要处理办法有脱氨制备元明粉法以及结晶法。本文将在传统的含硫酸钠硫酸铵高盐废水处理办法的前提下,提出一种综合性的高盐废水处理办法。本文将以硫酸钠硫酸铵复盐(Na2SO4 (NH4)2SO4 4H2O)的焙烧过程为例,探究硫酸钠硫酸铵复盐制备硫酸氢钠的反应过程,以反应温度、反应时间、反应物摩尔比(硫酸钠:硫酸铵)为变量因素,以及通水蒸气与抽真空进行对比实验,以残渣产物中的氢离子含量、氨态氮含量、硫酸根含量、钠离子含量为计算指标,对硫酸钠热分解硫酸铵制备硫酸氢钠的工艺条件进行研究。实验结果表明,在抽真空的条件下,反应温度为380℃、反应时间为7h、反应物摩尔比(硫酸钠:硫酸铵)=1:1时,反应的转化率可达到78%;在通入水蒸气的条件下,反应温度为380℃、反应时间为7h、反应物摩尔比(硫酸钠:硫酸铵)=1:1时,反应的转化率可达到82%。水蒸气的通入可以降低复盐分解的反应温度从而促进复盐的分解。

Sodium sulfate and ammonium sulfate composite salt heat decomposition to prepare sodium bisulfate process research
Abstract:Treating and reasonably utilizing high-salinity wastewater is a challenging problem for the comprehensive management of such waste by many production enterprises. High-salinity wastewater containing sodium sulfate and ammonium sulfate is generated during processes in the chemical industry, wet metallurgy, petroleum refining, as well as the preparation of ternary precursors. Studying how to utilize high-salinity wastewater containing sodium sulfate and ammonium sulfate as a resource is of significant practical importance. Currently, the main methods of treating high-salinity wastewater containing these compounds are preparation of Yuan ming powder by deamination and crystallization. This article, building upon the traditional methods for treating wastewater with high concentrations of sodium sulfate and ammonium sulfate, will propose a comprehensive treatment approach for high-salinity waste water. In this paper, the thermal decomposition of ammonium sulfate by sodium sulfate was used to prepare sodium bisulfate. The thermodynamic analysis was carried out with the reaction temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of the reactants (sodium sulfate: ammonium sulfate) as variables, the hydrogen ion content, the ammonia nitrogen content, the sulfate radical content and the sodium ion content in the residue product are calculated as the indexes, the process conditions of preparing sodium bisulfate by thermal decomposition of ammonium sulfate with sodium sulfate were studied. The experimental results show that the conversion of the reaction can reach 78% when the reaction temperature is 380℃, the reaction time is 7 h and the molar ratio of the reactants (sodium sulfate: ammonium sulfate) is 1:1 under different steam conditions When the reaction temperature is 380℃, the reaction time is 7 h and the molar ratio of reactants (sodium sulfate: ammonium sulfate) is 1:1, the conversion of the reaction can reach 82 % . The introduction of water vapor can reduce the reaction temperature of double salt decomposition and promote the decomposition of double salt.
