含锌电炉粉尘回收处理技术的研究进展

摘要:在"双碳"目标的背景下,提高电炉钢比例是我国钢铁企业的发展趋势。而电弧炉每生产一吨钢会产生大约15~20kg的细小电弧炉粉尘,因此合理处置电炉粉尘意义重大。目前电炉粉尘的处理工艺中,填埋处理的方法会浪费可回收资源,烧结后循环利用影响高炉顺行;湿法处理工艺中浸出液容易造成二次污染,且设备腐蚀严重,而火法处理工艺需要大量的还原剂和1000℃以上的高温条件,同时污染排放较为严重。微波法等新工艺能源利用效率高且低碳环保,但技术方面仍不成熟。结合新工艺与传统工艺的优点,通过新工艺解决传统工艺能耗高、污染大等问题,开发低成本、节能高效、清洁环保的处理工艺是未来研究的主要发展方向。

Research progress of zinc-containing electric furnace dust recovery technology
Abstract:Under the background of Carbon Peaking and Carbon neutrality Goals, the research progress of improving the recycling and treatment technology of zinc-containing electric arc furnace dust is the development trend of China\'s iron and steel enterprises. The electric arc furnace will produce about 15~20kg of fine electric arc furnace dust for every ton of steel produced, and it is significant to reasonably dispose of electric furnace dust. At present, the disposal process of electric furnace dust, landfill disposal method will waste recyclable resources, sintering recycling affects the blast furnace downstream. Wet treatment process in the leaching solution is easy to cause secondary pollution, and equipment corrosion is serious. Fire treatment process requires a large number of reductants and more than 1000 ℃ high-temperature conditions, while the pollution emissions are more serious. New processes such as the microwave method have high energy utilization efficiency and are low-carbon and environmentally friendly, but the technology is still immature. Combining the advantages of new processes and traditional processes, solving the problems of high energy consumption and pollution of traditional processes through new processes, and developing low-cost, energy-efficient, clean and environmentally friendly treatment processes is the main development direction of future research.
