四个短肽代谢物对T细胞增殖、迁移和功能的体外效应

摘要:目的:前期我们将T细胞淋巴瘤患者血浆的代谢组与T细胞mRNA表达谱进行了相关性分析,筛选出一些与T细胞调控基因有显著相关的肽类代谢物:Alanyl-Isoleucine(AI)、Isoleucyl-Isoleucine(II)、Isoleucyl-Tryptophan(IT)、Methionine-Serine-arginine(MSA)。方法:流式细胞术检测T细胞分泌和功能相关marker、羧基荧光素琥珀酰亚胺酯(CFSE)染料检测T细胞增殖实验、Transwell法检测T细胞体外迁移实验。结论:只有MSA对T细胞增殖有剂量依赖性的抑制效应、对T细胞迁移有明显促进作用。?????

Effects of four short peptide metabolites on T cell proliferation,migration,and fuction in votro
Abstract:Purpse: We analyzed the correlation between the plasma metabome and T cell mRNA expression profile of T cell lymphoma patients, and screened some peptide metabolites that were significantly related to T cell regulatory genes: Alanyl-Isoleucine (AI), Isoleucyl-Isoleucine (II), Isoleucyl-Tryptophan (IT), Methionine Serine-arginine (MSA).Methods: T cell secretion and function related markers were detected by flow cytometry, T cell proliferation was detected by carboxyfluorescein succinimidyl ester (CFSE) dye, and T cell migration was detected by Transwell in vitro. Results:Only MSA could inhibit T cell proliferation and promote T cell migration in a dose-dependent manner.
