摘要:为探究新能源汽车供应链价值共创模式,促进供应链各方实现良性合作与发展。基于价值共创理论与层次分析法的基本原理,本文针对新能源汽车供应链价值共创关系分析进行了分析,提出了新能源汽车供应链价值共创模型,并基于价值共创DART模型归纳了新能源汽车供应链价值共创中的主要影响因素,采用层次分析法对不同影响因素的相对重要程度进行排序。结果表明:利益分配机制、数字化赋能水平、成本控制是三个最重要的影响因素。最后根据研究结论提出了新能源汽车供应链价值共创的相关建议。?

Analysis of Factors Influencing Value Co-creation in New Energy Vehicle Supply Chain Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
Abstract:To explore the value co creation model of the new energy vehicle supply chain and promote healthy cooperation and development among all parties in the supply chain. Based on the theory of value co creation and the basic principles of Analytic Hierarchy Process, this article analyzes the value co creation relationship in the new energy vehicle supply chain, proposes a new energy vehicle supply chain value co creation model, and summarizes the main influencing factors in the value co creation of the new energy vehicle supply chain based on the DART model of value co creation. The Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to rank the relative importance of different influencing factors. The results indicate that the benefit distribution mechanism, digital empowerment level, and cost control are the three most important influencing factors. Finally, based on the research findings, relevant suggestions for value co creation in the new energy vehicle supply chain were proposed.
