摘要:近年来,硅光电倍增管(SiPM)的技术得到很大发展。因其良好的抗磁场特性与低击穿电压,SiPM在许多应用领域中逐渐取代光电二极管与光电倍增管。飞行时间正电子发射断层扫描(TOF-PET)是一种核医学成像系统,常使用SiPM作为探测器。对于该系统的读出技术,主要分为前置放大技术与时间幅度检测技术。本文介绍了几种典型的前置放大电路,包括电压放大、跨阻抗放大与电荷灵敏放大。对于时间信息检测,本文介绍了两种常见的定时插值方法。在能量信息测量中,则介绍了此应用中经典的过阈时间法。

Review of SiPM readout techniques for TOF-PET
Abstract:In recent years, Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM) technology has been greatly developed. Due to its good magnetic resistance characteristic and low breakdown voltage, SiPM is gradually replacing Photodiodes and photomultiplier tube in many applications. Time-of-flight Positron Emission Tomography (TOF-PET) is a nuclear medicine imaging system that often uses SiPM as a detector. The readout technology of the system is mainly divided into pre-amplification technology and time amplitude detection technology. This paper introduces several typical pre-amplification circuits, including voltage amplification, transimpedance amplification and chargesensitive amplification. For time information detection, this paper introduces two common timing interpolation methods. In the energy information measurement, the time-over-threshold approach in this application is introduced.
