滇缅斑鸠菊的化学成分研究

摘要:目的:对铁鸠菊属植物滇缅斑鸠菊枝叶中的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用多种提取分离手段(MCI柱色谱、正向硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱等),结合理化性质及NMR核磁数据,对分离纯化的的单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从滇缅斑鸠菊中分离鉴定了6个化合物,包括5个倍半萜类化合物和1个三萜类化合物,分别为:PiptocarphinA(1)、PiptocarphinsE(2)、PiptocarphinF(3)、8α-methacryloyloxy-10α-hydroxy-13-O-methylhir- sutinolide(4)、Piptocarphins C (5)、3β-hidroxyolean-12-en-11-one (6)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从滇缅斑鸠菊中分离得到。

Chemical constituents from Vernonia parishii
Abstract:Purpose: To study the chemical constituents in the branches and leaves of Vernonia parishii. Methods: A variety of extraction and separation methods (MCI column chromatography, Silica gel column chromatography; Sephadex gel; Semi-preparation HPLC) combined with reasonable properties and NMR nuclear magnetic resonance data were used to identify the structure of the isolated and purified monomer compounds.Results: Six compounds, including 5 sesquiterpenoids and 1 triterpenoid compound, were isolated and identified from Vernonia parishii, respectively: Piptocarphin A (1)、Piptocarphins E (2)、Piptocarphin F (3)、8α-methacryloyloxy-10α-hydroxy-13-O-Chemical constituents from Vernonia parishiimethylhirsutinolide (4)、Piptocarphins C (5)、3β-hidroxyolean-12-en-11-one (6)。Conclusion: All compounds were isolated from Vernonia parishii for the first time.
