基于人工智能算法的矿井火灾评价体系

摘要:在系统分析矿井火灾发生因素的基础上利用层次分析法建立危险因素集包括火源因素、环境及其介质因素、防治技术措施3大二级因素,3大2级因素又分为9项三级因素,并且通过三种计算权重方法及一致性检验进而构建。为了研究煤氧化升温的过程中CO、CO2、 CH4、C2H6、C2H4、N2等气体对温度产生的反馈,并通过各气体的数据预测煤自燃的温度,采用采用气体成分分析法和建立BP神经网络预测的模型,通过将各气体的浓度作为模型中输入层部分,输出层为煤层温度,结合MATLAB最终达到预测温度的目的。在矿井火灾体系之中寻找最短路径是矿井火灾救援的一个基础问题,应用蚁群算法和MATLAB,可以求解出完成各节点的最短路径,为救援提供理论支撑与实际执行路线从而降低救援过程中的伤亡人数。

Mine fire evaluation system based on artificial intelligence algorithm
Abstract:On the basis of systematic analysis of the occurrence factors of mine fire, a set of risk factors was established by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which included three secondary factors: fire source factor, environment and its medium factor, and prevention and control technical measures. The three secondary factors were further divided into nine tertiary factors, and then constructed by three calculation weight methods and consistency test. In order to study the feedback of CO, CO2, CH4, C2H6, C2H4,N2 and other gases on temperature in the process of coal oxidation and heating up, and to predict the temperature of spontaneous combustion of coal based on the data of each gas, the gas component analysis method is adopted and the BP neural network prediction model is established. The concentration of each gas is taken as the input layer in the model, and the output layer is the temperature of coal seam. Finally, the purpose of temperature prediction is achieved by combining MATLAB. Finding the shortest path in the mine fire system is a basic problem of mine fire rescue. The application of ant colony algorithm and MATLAB can solve the shortest path to complete each node, providing theoretical support and practical execution route for rescue, thereby reducing the number of casualties in the rescue process
