摘要:当前物联网技术发展迅速,人体手势识别和活动识别正逐渐称为人机交互技术发展的重要推动者,通常可以通过红外线技术、相机和可穿戴技术实现。近年来WiFi无线感知技术由于其部署简单,覆盖范围广,同时具有较强的实际应用价值。现有的基于WiFi感知的手势识别研究重点在于解决准确率问题,并且需要使用加装了特定网卡的笔记本电脑在特定位置进行手势识别。而对于在生活中常见的智能手机设备同样也有实现WiFi无线感知的潜力,但由于其采集CSI难度大,同时采集的CSI数据噪声较大等原因,WiFi无线感知在其上的应用有待研究。对于智能手机采集到的CSI噪声较高问题,本文提出了一种有效的降噪方法,能够保证在高噪声的背景下有效的提取CSI数据中的动作特征信息,保证其WiFi感知过程的准确性。

A high-noise CSI noise reduction method applied to wireless sensing
Abstract:At present, the Internet of Things technology is developing rapidly, and human gesture recognition and activity recognition are gradually becoming important promoters of the development of human-computer interaction technology, cameras and wearable technology. In recent years, WiFi wireless sensing technology has strong practical application value due to its simple deployment and wide coverage. The existing rerearch on gesture recognition based on WiFi perception focuses on solving the problem of accuracy, and it is necessary to use a laptop computer with a specific network card to perform gesture recognition at a specific location. For common smartphone devices in life, it also has the potential to realize WiFi wireless sensing, but due to the difficulty of collecting CSI and the large nose of CSI data collected at the same time, the application of WiFi wireless sensing on it needs to be studied. In order to solve the problem of high CSI noise collected by smartphones, this paper proposes an effective noise reduction method, which can ensure the effective extraction of action feature information from CSI data in the background of high noise and ensure the accuracy of its WiFi perception process.)
