基于ceph的冷存储技术研究

摘要:随着全球数据总量呈现爆炸性增长,存储系统面临着海量数据所带来的存储成本问题。为此,本文基于分布式存储系统ceph,分析其数据分布的策略,通过硬盘控制协议与数据分布策略的适配,提出了基于硬盘控制的冷存储技术,包括硬盘管理模块与虚拟池数据聚合,以平衡分布式存储系统中大量冷数据带来的额外存储功耗。实验结果表明,引入冷存储可以有效降低存储冷数据所带来的额外硬盘功耗,使系统以低功耗状态运行的同时保证系统的可用性与服务质量。

Research on cold storage Technologies based on ceph
Abstract:With the explosive growth of the total amount of global data, storage systems are faced with the storage cost problem caused by massive data. To this end, this article analyzes its data distribution strategy based on the distributed storage system ceph. Through the adaptation of the hard disk control protocol and the data distribution strategy, a cold storage technology based on hard disk control is proposed, including the hard disk management module and virtual pool data aggregation. To balance the additional storage power consumption caused by large amounts of cold data in distributed storage systems. Experimental results show that the introduction of cold storage can effectively reduce the extra hard disk power consumption caused by storing cold data, allowing the system to run in a low-power state while ensuring system availability and service quality.
