基于神经网络词嵌入的绿色物流比较研究

摘要:在可持续发展道路的进程中,我国物流行业正积极响应并推动绿色物流的发展。绿色物流已在学术界和实践界得到广泛的关注,本研究结合学术平台和媒体平台,利用神经网络word2vec词嵌入算法对绿色物流开展比较研究,旨在促进绿色物流的可持续发展。首先,选择中国知网和中国物流与采购网作为比较研究的对象,结合这两个平台分别对"绿色物流"的语料进行搜集,构建学术平台和媒体平台两个语料库。接着分别对这两个语料库进行word2vec建模。在此基础上,结合与"物流"最相似的前20个词语和与"绿色物流"最相似的前20个词语对两个平台的关注热点进行比较。然后,利用t-SNE算法对词向量进行降维,利用matplotlib.pyplot包对降维后的两个平台的所有词语的词嵌入概貌进行可视化显示和比较,研究结果表明绿色物流在学术平台和媒体平台之间存在差异。本研究创新性地运用word2vec算法,从语义层面比较了学术平台和媒体平台在绿色物流关注热点和词嵌入概貌上的差异,从而为绿色物流研究提供了新的视角。

Comparative Study on Green Logistics Based on Neural Network Word Embedding
Abstract:In the process of sustainable development path, China\'s logistics industry is actively responding to and promoting the development of green logistics. Green logistics has received wide attention in the academic and practical circles. This research combines academic platforms and media platforms, and uses neural network word2vec word embedding algorithm to carry out comparative research on green logistics by word embedding algorithm, aiming to promote the sustainable development of green logistics. First of all, CNKI and China Logistics and Purchasing network were selected as the objects of comparative research, and the corpus of "green logistics" was collected based on these two platforms respectively, thus building two corpura of academic platforms and media platforms. Next, word2vec was used to model the two corpora separately. On this basis, the top 20 words that were most similar to "logistics" and the top 20 words that were most similar to "green logistics" are combined to compare the hot spots of the two platforms. Then, the t-SNE algorithm was used to reduce the dimension of the word vector, and the matplotlib.pyplot package. The results show that green logistics varies between academic and media platforms. This study innovatively uses the word2vec algorithm to compare the differences in the semantic aspects of green logistics research interests and word embedding profiles between academic platforms and media platforms, which provides a new perspective for the research of green logistics.
