基于SERVQUAL模型的社区居家养老服务质量评价指标体系构建研究

摘要:目的:构建科学可行的社区居家养老服务质量评价指标体系,为本土社区居家养老品牌服务质量的提升提供理论支撑和指导方向。方法:基于SERVQUAL理论并结合湖南弘益健康养老服务公司提供的社区居家养老服务特性构建了初始的服务质量评价指标体系,通过实证研究对初始的指标体系进行验证。结果:构建了包含5个维度、25个子指标的社区居家养老服务质量评价指标体系。结论:构建起长沙本土品牌弘益公司旗下社区居家养老服务评价指标体系,可以弥补长沙地区的研究空白,对机构服务的改进和提升提供指导方向和借鉴价值,加快形成品牌机构的示范作用。

Research on the Construction of Quality Evaluation Index System for Community Home-based Elderly Care Services Based on SERVQUAL Model
Abstract:Purpose: To construct a scientific and feasible evaluation index system for the quality of community home care services, providing theoretical support and guidance for the improvement of local community home care brand service quality. Method: Based on SERVQUAL theory and combined with the characteristics of community home-based elderly care services provided by Hunan Hongyi Health and Elderly Care Service Company, an initial service quality evaluation index system was constructed. The initial index system was verified through empirical research. Result: A community home-based elderly care service quality evaluation index system consisting of 5 dimensions and 25 sub indicators was constructed. Conclusion: Establishing an evaluation index system for community home-based elderly care services under the local brand Hongyi Company in Changsha can fill the research gap in the Changsha region, provide guidance and reference value for the improvement and enhancement of institutional services, and accelerate the formation of a demonstration role for brand institutions.
