一种四苯乙烯类荧光探针的合成及其在Cu2+检测中的应用

摘要:基于四苯乙烯结构设计合成了一种具有聚集诱导发光(Aggregation-induced Emission, AIE)性质的新型荧光分子TPE-SA。该分子具有良好的光学性能,并可作为荧光探针用于Cu2+的选择性检测。该探针分子具有较大的斯托克斯位移并在聚集态下具有较高的发光效率。在向探针的二甲基亚砜(DMSO)/水(V∶V=5∶95)溶液中加入Cu2+后,溶液的荧光强度降低,并对Cu2+表现出很好的选择性。该探针对铜离子的检测范围在0.05-8 μmol/L之间,检测限为25 nmol/L。此外,该探针可对实际水样中的Cu2+进行检测。

Synthesis of a tetrstyrene fluorescent probe and its application in the detection of Cu2+
Abstract:A novel fluorescent molecule TPE-SA with Aggregation-induced Emission (AIE) properties was designed and synthesized based on tetraphenyl ethylene. The molecule has good optical properties and could be used as a fluorescent probe for selective detection of Cu2+. The results showed that the probe had large Stokes shift and high fluorescent efficiency. When Cu2+ was added into the DMSO/water (V: V=5: 95) solution of the probe, the fluorescence intensity of the solution was decreased, and the selectivity of this assay for Cu2+ was good. The detection range was 0.05-8 μmol/L, and the detection limit was 25 nmol/L. In addition, the probe could be used to detect Cu2+ in lake samples.
