基于时间熵评价的L公司生产线平衡改善研究

摘要:本文在研究精益生产管理方法和精益生产管理评价的基础上,用时间熵精益生产管理评价方法,对L公司精益生产管理进行评价,根据评价结果,找到了精益生产管理效果改善的方向;采用5W1H分析法和ECRS原则分析法对生产线工序和生产线平衡进行改善,并对改善后的结果再次进行评价,对比改善前后的结果,验证了改善的可行性。本文将时间熵精益生产管理评价方法与5W1H分析法、ECRS原则分析法相结合,结合L公司这一案例,提出了科学客观地评价及改善企业精益生产管理效果的建议。本文的改善方案在L公司的成功实践,对于整个食品制造行业的精益生产管理效果评价及改善能起到示范作用,具有一定的借鉴意义。

Research on L Company production line balance improvement based on time entropy evaluation
Abstract:Based on the study of lean production management method and lean production management evaluation, this paper uses the time entropy lean production management evaluation method to evaluate the lean production management of L company. According to the evaluation results, the direction to improve the lean production management effect is found. 5W1H analysis method and ECRS principle analysis method were used to improve the process and balance of the production line, and the improved results were evaluated again, and the results before and after the improvement were compared to verify the feasibility of the improvement. This paper combines the time entropy lean production management evaluation method with 5W1H analysis method and ECRS principle analysis method, and combines the case of L Company to put forward scientific and objective evaluation and improvement of lean production management effect of enterprises. The successful practice of the improvement plan in Company L can play a demonstration role in the evaluation and improvement of lean production management effect in the whole food manufacturing industry, and has certain reference significance.
