摘要：当今数字经济作为我国最具活力的经济社会发展新模式，已成为推动产业结构升级的新抓手。本文选取省级面板数据采用熵值法测度数字经济发展水平，探讨了数字经济影响产业结构升级的效应及作用机制。研究发现：数字经济推进产业结构合理化，同时表现出明显的"U"型非线性特征；数字经济可以显著促进产业结构高级化。在作用机制方面，技术创新数字经济促进产业结构升级的重要机制。

Abstract：As the most dynamic new mode of economic and social development in China, the digital economy has become a new tool to promote the upgrading of industrial structure. In this paper, we adopt the entropy method to measure the development level of digital economy by selecting inter-provincial panel data, and explore the effect and mechanism of the digital economy on the upgrading of industrial structure. It is found that the digital economy promotes the rationalization of industrial structure and shows an obvious "U" non-linear characteristic; the digital economy can significantly promote the advanced industrial structure. In terms of the mechanism of action, technological innovation is an important mechanism for the digital economy to promote the upgrading of industrial structure.
