基于射频指纹的智能汽车钥匙安全识别方法研究

摘要:近年来汽车无钥匙进入系统已在智能汽车上普及,它承担了抵御汽车盗窃和保护车内财产安全的重要安全职能,这导致汽车无钥匙进入系统成为智能汽车中遭受攻击第二多的系统。目前一类基于物理层的针对汽车无钥匙进入系统的攻击手段被越来越多的报道和复现。该方法通常通过射频电路实现,从物理层面对车钥匙信号进行录制-重放、中继等复制手段,因而可以绕开车钥匙系统协议层中的加密机制。针对目前车钥匙系统面临的安全威胁的特点,本文提出了基于射频指纹的智能汽车钥匙安全识别方法,通过对车钥匙信号调制方式和协议结构的分析,从中选取了7类射频指纹特征作为识别信号的依据,并基于半监督学习方法训练K-NN和SVM单分类器对不同攻击场景进行实验。本文将假阴性率(FNR)定义为非法攻击信号被识别为合法信号的比例,实验中平均FNR为1.27%,FPR为1.5%。实验结果表明该方法能有效识别车钥匙物理层攻击非法信号。

Research of Smart Car Key Security Identification Method Based on RF Fingerprint
Abstract:In recent years, car keyless entry systems have become popular in smart cars, and they assume the important security function of resisting car theft and protecting the property inside the car, which leads to car keyless entry systems being the second most attacked system in smart cars. A class of physical layer-based attacks against car keyless entry systems is now increasingly reported and reproduced. This method is usually implemented through RF circuits, which perform recording-playback, relaying and other replication means on car key signals from the physical layer, and thus can bypass the encryption mechanism in the protocol layer of the car key system. Aiming at the characteristics of the security threats faced by the current car key system, this paper proposes an RF fingerprint-based security identification method for smart car keys. Seven types of RF fingerprint features are selected as the basis for identifying the signals by analyzing the modulation mode and protocol structure of car key signals. K-NN and SVM single classifiers are trained based on semi-supervised learning methods to conduct experiments on different attack scenarios. In this paper, the false negative rate (FNR) is defined as the proportion of illegal attack signals identified as legitimate signals.The average FNR in the experiments is 1.27% and FPR is 1.5%. The experimental results show that the method can effectively identify the illegal signals of car key physical layer attacks.
