摘要:为提高外源添加物对裂殖壶菌中 DHA 含量的影响外源添加物对裂殖壶菌中 DHA 含量的影响外源添加物对裂殖壶菌对 DHA 含量的影响裂殖壶菌中二十二碳六烯酸 (DHA) 的产量,通过筛选五种外源添加物(过氧化氢、氯化锌、硫酸铜、氯化铬、硝酸银)探究其对裂殖壶菌产 DHA 的影响。发现最佳外源添加物为过氧化氢,且在添加低浓度过氧化氢 (1.5 mM) 时,裂殖壶菌中 DHA 含量产量最高,达到3.47 g/L,相较于原始菌提高了23%;同时微藻油脂中 DHA 含量较原始菌提高了38.89%。ROS 结果表明:ROS影响因素主要在菌体快速生长期(前期)影响其生长,但在菌体油脂积累期(后期)有利于提高DHA产量和产率(DHA/油脂),也降低 DHA 的提取难度。

Effect of exogenous additives on the content of DHA in Schizochytrium
Abstract:In order to increase the production of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in Schizochytes, five exogenous additives (hydrogen peroxide, zinc chloride, copper sulfate, chromium chloride, silver nitrate) were screened to explore their effects on the production of DHA in Schizochytes. It was found that the best exogenous additive was hydrogen peroxide, and when adding low concentration of hydrogen peroxide (1.5 mM), the yield of DHA in Schizochytrium was the highest, reaching 3.47 g/L, which was 23% higher than that of the original bacteria; At the same time, the content of DHA in microalgae oil was 38.89% higher than that of the original bacteria. The results showed that the ROS influencing factors mainly affected the growth of bacteria in the rapid growth stage (early stage), but in the cell oil accumulation stage (late stage), it was beneficial to improve the yield and yield of DHA (DHA/oil), and also reduce the difficulty of DHA extraction.
