Research on Influencing Factors and Prediction of Second-hand Car Price

Abstract：With the growth of consumer demand and the development of technological innovation, the second-hand car trading market has a good growth potential. The prediction of second-hand car price is of great significance to improve the efficiency of the trading market, promote the healthy development of the market and enhance the level of science and technology.But at present, the whole appraisal industry is still using the manual appraisal method, the appraisal cost is high, the efficiency is low, the appraisal results have strong subjectivity.In order to improve the efficiency of second-hand car evaluation and reduce the human cost in the evaluation process, new second-hand car evaluation methods and new research ideas are sought to make the Internet transaction evaluation system easy to quantify evaluation.Based on the characteristic price theory, this study constructs the second-hand car evaluation index system, establishes the second-hand car evaluation model based on multiple linear regression, and the model has a good degree of fit, demonstrates the applicability of the multiple linear regression model in the second-hand car evaluation, and can provide a new and operable method for the second-hand car evaluation.
