摘要：目的运用循证医学的方法系统评价中药方剂联合四联疗法治疗感染幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网( CNKI) 、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库( CBM) 、PubMed数据库，收集国内外发表的有关于中药联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的随机对照试验，检索时间从2019年至 2022 年 11月。采用ＲevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入7项研究，包括患者732例，其中试验组366 例，对照组 366 例。Meta结果显示: 与对照组仅用四联疗法相比，试验组采用中药方剂联合四联疗法在治疗总有效率(ＲＲ= 1.20 95% CI: 1.13～1.28 P＜0.00001)、根除率 (ＲＲ=1.21，95% CI: 1.14～1.29，P＜0.00001)更具优势，且差异均具有统计学意义。结论中药联合四联疗法比单用四联疗法更为有效和安全，提高了治疗总有效率和根除率。

Abstract：Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine formula combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis using evidence-based medical methods. Methods Computer search of CNKI, Wanfang Database, China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM) and PubMed database to collect randomized controlled trials published at home and abroad on the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis by combination of traditional Chinese medicine quadruple therapy from 2019 to November 2022. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results Seven studies including 732 patients were included, including 366 in the experimental group and 366 in the control group. Meta results showed that compared with the control group using quadruple therapy alone, the total effective rate (RR=1.20 95% CI: 1.13~1.28 P<0.00001) and eradication rate (RR=1.21, 95% CI: 1.14~1.29, P<0.00001) were more advantageous in the experimental group, and the differences were statistically significant. ConclusionsTraditional Chinese medicine combined with quadruple therapy is more effective and safe than quadruple therapy alone, and improves the overall treatment efficiency and eradication rate.
