坡率对半柔性路面材料路用性能的影响

摘要:为了明确坡率对半柔性路面材料性能的影响,在设计的5个坡率下制备半柔性路面材料,并对其进行灌浆试验、车辙试验、冻融劈裂试验和抗滑性能试验,探究不同坡率对半柔性路面材料灌注率、高温稳定性、水稳定性和抗滑性能的影响程度。结果表明:随着坡率的增大,半柔性路面材料的灌注率和水稳定性逐渐减小,并且坡率大于2.5%后灌注率下降较快。随着坡率的增大高温稳定性先增大后减小在3.5%坡率时高温稳定性最好。坡率对半柔性路面材料的摆值影响较小,但构造深度影响较大,坡率越大坡底和坡顶的构造深度相差越大。最后提出针对含坡率的半柔性路面施工工艺优化方法,并通过室内试验进行验证。此研究对斜坡路段半柔性路面施工具有良好参考意义。

Effect of slope rate on pavement performance of semi-flexible pavement materials
Abstract:In order to define the slope rate of semi flexible pavement material performance, the influence of slope based on the design of five rate under preparation of semi-flexible pavement material, and carries on the grouting test, rutting test and freeze-thaw splitting test and slip resistance test, to explore the different slope ratio semi-flexible pavement material perfusion ratio, high temperature stability, water stability and slip resistance performance influence degree. The results show that the perfusion rate and water stability of semi-flexible pavement materials gradually decrease with the increase of slope rate, and the perfusion rate decreases rapidly when the slope rate is greater than 2.5%. With the increase of slope rate, the high temperature stability first increased and then decreased. The slope rate has little influence on the swing value of semi-flexible pavement materials, but the texture depth has great influence. The larger the slope rate is, the greater the difference between the structural depth of the slope bottom and the slope top is. Finally, the construction process optimization method for semi-flexible pavement with slope percentage is proposed and verified by laboratory tests. The research in this paper has a good reference significance for the construction of semi-flexible pavement on slope sections.
