古银杏土壤中真菌类微生物的构成

摘要:古银杏土壤作为菌源材料,采用马丁氏培养基分离真菌类微生物,以18s rDNA分子遗传信息与形态特征相结合鉴定真菌,分子进化树考察真菌间亲缘性,明确了古银杏土壤真菌类微生物的构成情况。试验从古银杏土壤中分离并鉴定了76株真菌,分为23属,其中青霉属和曲霉属真菌各占19株和16株,其他各属真菌均不超过5株,表明青霉属和曲霉属真菌对银杏叶的适应性强,在银杏叶发酵深加工和利用中具有更广阔的前景。

Fungi composition in the solid under ancient ginkgo trees
Abstract:The soil under ancient ginkgo trees was used as source material of fungi and fungi were isolated from the soil by the horse dings mediums. The fungal stains were identified by 18S rDNA sequencing combined with their morphological characteristics, and the affinity among fungi were investigated by constructing a phylogenetic tree including all of the fungi. These information indicated that the microbial composition of fungi in the soil of ancient ginkgo trees. In this study, seventy-six fungal isolates were obtained from the soil, they could been classified into 23generas by the molecular identification results. There are 19 stains of Penicillium spp., 16 stains of Aspergillus spp., and no more than 5 stains of any other genera. Which illustrated that Penicillium spp. and AspergFungi composition in the solid under ancient ginkgo treesillus spp. trains have more stronger adaptability to survive in Gingko biloba leaves with brighter futures for the deep processing and utilization of the leaves.
