基于Unity3D的地下综合管廊天然气泄漏扩散过程及爆燃危险性模拟

摘要:对于包含天然气管道的地下综合管廊,目前的泄漏事故应急预案主要基于灾害链与事件树的推演编制不同情景下的应急措施,或者基于风险评估与风险管理理论,指导日常运营。这些管理方法,并没有对设定情景的微观过程进行科学模拟与推演,在事故发展的预测预警方面缺乏过程细节与定量化的后果评估。本研究运用严肃游戏引擎Unity3D中的粒子系统模拟方法,基于一定的扩散物理模型对管廊内部的天然气泄漏与扩散过程进行模拟仿真,实现了管廊模型的搭建与粒子系统参数的设定,并通过情景参数设定实现了不同泄漏情景下管廊内泄漏天然气浓度分布的时空动态可视化。该模拟方法可为地下综合管廊中天然气泄漏事故的应急预案制定、应急演练以及应急抢险提供量化的科学依据。

Simulation of gas leakage and diffusion process and deflagration risk of underground integrated pipe gallery based on Unity3D
Abstract:In order to provide a reference for the safe operation and maintenance of underground integrated pipe gallery, this study uses the particle system in Unity3D to stimulate the natural gas leakage and diffusion of the internal natural gas pipeline in the pipe gallery, completing the building of the pipe gallery model and setting of particle system parameters, and realizing the realization of different conditions by modifying parameters. The concentration difference of natural gas leakage is reflected in a three-dimensional visualization way. Through the research and realization results, suggestions are put forward for the safe operation and maintenance of underground comprehensive pipe gallery.
