摘要：绿色物流发展已是社会热门话题，也是学术界研究的热点问题。从经济学角度出发，回顾有关绿色物流发展的研究文献；分析影响绿色物流发展的因素；从风险决策的角度，提出假设并构建经济模型；运用比较静态分析和弹性分析的方法论证当执法力度和补贴力度发生变化时物流企业的决策变动情况和这两个量的影响力度。结果显示：执法力度和补贴力度越大，物流企业绿色发展的概率越大，且在促进绿色物流发展上，补贴力度要优于执行力度。结论表明促进绿色物流发展的对策包括加大财政激励、制定相关政策法规、加强绿色物流宣传工作和降低绿色物流设施成本。

Abstract：The development of green logistics has become a hot topic in society and a hot issue in academic research. From the point of view of economics, review the research literature about green logistics development; Analyze the factors influencing the development of green logistics; From the Angle of risk decision, hypotheses are put forward and economic model is constructed. Comparative static analysis and elastic analysis are used to demonstrate the decision-making changes of logistics enterprises and the influence of law enforcement and subsidies when they change. The results show that the greater the law enforcement and subsidy intensity, the greater the probability of green development of logistics enterprises, and in promoting green logistics development, the subsidy intensity is better than the implementation intensity. The conclusion shows that the countermeasures to promote the development of green logistics include increasing financial incentives, formulating relevant policies and regulations, strengthening the publicity of green logistics and reducing the cost of green logistics facilities.
