建构主义理论中大学课堂师生关系的角色翻转

摘要:大学课堂中师生关系的角色定位直接影响教学模式和教学效果。本研究运用建构主义教育理论,通过问卷调查分析教师和学生对自身角色认知的实际情况。结果显示,师生角色定位均存在理论认知冲突和实践行为背离现象,主要原因在于师生理论认知不清晰,角色转型不充分。文章重点就教师和学生如何实现角色翻转分别提出建议,教师角色翻转为"导游""主持人"和"研究者",学生角色则相应地向"旅游者""建构者"和"探索者"翻转。

The role reversal of teacher-student relationship in university classroom
Abstract:In this paper,The role orientation of teacher-student relationship in university classroom directly affects the teaching mode and teaching effect.This study uses constructivist education theory,through the questionnaire survey, the actual situation of teachers\' and students\' cognition of their own roles is analyzed.The results show that there are theoretical cognitive conflicts and practical behavior deviations in the role orientation of teachers and students.The main reason is that teachers\' and students\' theoretical cognition is not clear, and the role transformation is not sufficient.The article puts forward suggestions on how to turn the roles of teachers and students.The teacher\'s role is reversed to "tour guide", "host" and "researcher",and the students\' roles are correspondingly reversed to "tourists", "constructors" and "explorers".
